5 - Confirm order

By submitting this completed form, I am entering into an agriRTK Service subscription, including NTRIP data SIM card. The initial term of the subscription is 1 year and is tacitly renewed each time for a period of 1 year. Costs are invoiced annually in advance. I can terminate the subscription by email with 1 month's notice before expiry date, quoting the order number. I also declare that I am authorised to take out a subscription on behalf of my company/organisation and;

that I have filled in the above details completely truthfully;
