By submitting this completed form, I am entering into a uavRTK Service subscription. The initial term of the subscription is 1 month and is tacitly renewed each time for a period of 1 month. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance. I can terminate the subscription by e-mail with 1 month's notice, quoting the order number. I also declare that I am authorised to take out a subscription on behalf of my company/organisation and;
